Together with documented cleaning instructions, quality assurance procedures are issued to all contracts undertaken by the company. 

 

Supervisory and cleaning personnel are carefully selected based on their experience, they are subject to comprehensive in-house training of our quality assurance procedures and our contract cleaning specification as well as Health & Safety and COSHH requirements for the handling and use of equipment and cleaning agents relating to the contract, copies of in-house training reports are detailed on this site 

 

All contracts are regularly monitored and formally inspected by our team of experienced Area Managers; your assigned Area Manager’s prime responsibility is to deliver value to our customers.
